Full Job Description
Position summary:

T-Mobile is America's supercharged Un-carrier, delivering an advanced 4G LTE and transformative nationwide 5G network that will offer reliable connectivity for all. Sr. Product Managers is located in Bellevue, WA will gather complex data inputs from multiple sources, both internally and externally.
• Telecommuting is permitted, but applicant must work from the worksite location at least 3-4 days per week. No additional national or international travel is anticipated.

Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify new data sources that will enhance business outcomes and support strategic and tactical objectives.
  • Provide insight and guidance to leadership on the trends and drivers behind the results and prepare reports on findings.
  • Assess the needs of the business, prioritize projects and drive new reporting requirements to completion.
  • Work cross-functionally as needed to enable data architecture and solutions that best meet the analytics and reporting needs of the business.
  • Drive clarity or requirements and ensure delivery meets agreed upon requirements.
  • Identify and communicate key insights to leadership team based on reports and analysis.
  • Work cross functionally in order to proactively and systematically identify and implement any enhancements to reporting and analytics processes.
  • Complete complex ad-hoc research, analysis, and reporting.
  • Serve as a subject-matter guide on the team.
  • Creating data visualizations and analytical dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.


Minimum requirements:

Experience and education requirements:

PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or related, and seven (7) years of relevant work experience in any occupation in which the required experience is gained.

ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or related, and five (5) years of relevant work experience in any occupation in which the required experience is gained.

Skills requirements: Requires experience in each of the following:

1. Extract, engineer, and prepare analytical datasets using SQL, Snowflake, and Databricks, including data cleansing, transformation, and feature construction to enable downstream reporting and advanced analytics.

2. Build interactive dashboards and analytical visualizations using Power BI, incorporating DAX calculations, custom measures, drill-through capabilities, and automated refresh pipelines to support strategic decision-making.

3. Apply advanced data integration and ETL techniques to aggregate, validate, and harmonize complex datasets from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring data quality and readiness for enterprise analytics.

4. Perform modeling and forecasting using statistical and analytical tools including Python, SQL, and Excel, utilizing forecasting methods including moving average, simple and multiple regression forecasting, and robustness tests to evaluate business outcomes.

5. Lead requirements gathering, prioritization, and translation of business needs into technical specifications using dashboard wireframes, metric calculations, KPI definitions, and data validation procedures; develop analytics roadmaps, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure analytical deliverables meet defined business objectives.

6. Perform advanced exploratory, diagnostic, and trend analyses using SQL, Python, and Power BI to evaluate business performance, quantify operational drivers, and generate strategic insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
