About This RoleYou'll drive the product delivery for our Territory Assignments and Compensation product capabilities, partnering with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Strategy to turn complex business needs into clear, scalable technology solutions. This is a high-impact role where your work directly builds how our sales teams operate and grow.
What You'll Do- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to identify current and future technology needs, then translate them into clear product requirements.
- Own the product backlog - write well-defined stories, resolve competing priorities, and keep the team committed to work that delivers measurable value.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as product owner across multiple scrum teams.
- Build and maintain the product roadmap and delivery plan, keeping partners informed at every stage.
- Discover opportunities to apply AI and ML to territory assignment, compensation workflows, and data quality - and work with engineering to bring them to life.
- Collaborate with other product managers to deliver solutions that span multiple CRM and ERP systems without creating gaps or duplication.
- Run process improvement sessions-gather feedback, synthesize findings, and turn them into actionable product decisions.
- Communicate plans, trade-offs, and progress clearly to audiences ranging from engineers to executive leaders.
What We're Looking For- 3-5 years of product management experience, including at least one large-scale technology launch.
- Hands-on experience with sales CRM platforms, forecasting tools, and CRM/ERP integrations.
- Solid understanding of ARR, subscription revenue models, and the data integrity practices that support them.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum-you've written user stories, run standups, and kept a backlog clean.
- Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts to business partners and business needs to engineers.
- Active interest in exploring how AI, automation, and predictive analytics can improve products.
Nice to Have- Experience with sales Territory Assignments and Crediting
- Familiarity with customer master data structures and data governance practices.
- Background in revenue recognition within a subscription software model.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a comparable field of study, or equivalent experience.

Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $111,700 -- $215,750 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $149,000 - $215,750
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
