  • Build and maintain the product roadmap and delivery plan, keeping partners informed at every stage.
  • Discover opportunities to apply AI and ML to territory assignment, compensation workflows, and data quality - and work with engineering to bring them to life.
  • Collaborate with other product managers to deliver solutions that span multiple CRM and ERP systems without creating gaps or duplication.
  • Run process improvement sessions-gather feedback, synthesize findings, and turn them into actionable product decisions.
  • Communicate plans, trade-offs, and progress clearly to audiences ranging from engineers to executive leaders.

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5 years of product management experience, including at least one large-scale technology launch.
  • Hands-on experience with sales CRM platforms, forecasting tools, and CRM/ERP integrations.
  • Solid understanding of ARR, subscription revenue models, and the data integrity practices that support them.
  • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum-you've written user stories, run standups, and kept a backlog clean.
  • Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts to business partners and business needs to engineers.
  • Active interest in exploring how AI, automation, and predictive analytics can improve products.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with sales Territory Assignments and Crediting
  • Familiarity with customer master data structures and data governance practices.
  • Background in revenue recognition within a subscription software model.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a comparable field of study, or equivalent experience.
