About This Role:

As a Sr Product Manager Tech, you will work closely with engineering, science and UX across retail and SPB organizations to develop innovative solutions that enable advertisers to create digital advertising strategies optimizing for brand discovery and share of voice.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving and delivering experiences for our global advertisers and partners. You will have end-to-end ownership of the product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver innovative solutions.

To thrive in this role, you will need a strong background in the Ad Tech domain (candidates without Ad Tech experience are not currently being considered), deep understanding of brand advertising or online retail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Bringing clarity and structure to ambiguity will be a key driver of success. This position involves regular communication with senior leadership on status, risks and planning.

Key job responsibilities

- Develop AI solutions for advertiser and shopper experiences. Build products that leverage generative models to improve campaign performance.

- You invent and design new solutions for scientifically-complex problem areas in new business initiatives.

- Identify new opportunities and write new proposals to help us drive new growth areas for our advertisers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on fast-paced, challenging projects, experimenting with new possibilities and taking calculated risks.

- Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and detailed requirements to execute your vision.

- Work closely with science, engineering, design, operations, legal, customer service, and executive teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Leverage your analytical skills and work independently, with high standards.

- Throughout, you will internalize Amazon's Leadership Principles, and live those into everyday practices to guide your programs to success.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience managing technical products or online services

- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
