  • Executive Communication:Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear strategic narratives for both engineering teams and senior executive stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Sound Technology, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience in high-end production environments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Media Tech Background:Significant experience with industry-standard audio/video tools such as Pro Tools, Media Composer, or high-performance rendering engines.
  • Strategic Toolkit:Proficiency in Agile toolsets (Jira, Productboard, or Zendesk) for managing end-to-end product lifecycles, from strategic planning to feature requests and incident management.
  • DevOps Literacy:Familiarity with modern cloud deployment strategies, including containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Agile Leadership:Proven experience as a Certified Scrum Product Owner/Leader in an Agile/Scrum environment, successfully navigating the friction between custom client requests and core product stability.
