About the Role

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Global Team, who would focus on growing our fraud analytics proposition, helping us fulfil our mission to provide essential insights to advance and protect people, industry and society. You will act as a Product Owner, working in a dynamic team. Not only will you be working on exciting projects and with cutting edge technologies, but you will also be surrounded by a team of like-minded professionals from whom you can learn and grow.

Ideal candidate can be remote in the US, working EST hours preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Customer discovery, product delivery and development lifecycle: understand customer needs, experiment and collaborate to find answers to customer problems, define and prioritize incremental value, lead the execution of a product roadmap, focusing on improving customer experience; working closely with the development teams, data science, fellow product managers and wider organization
  • Design and own product suite strategy and define it through collaboration and analysis of the right market, customer and business insights
  • Data driven decision making and analysis: ability to drive conclusions from large volumes of data and recommend and execute relevant actions to help drive the further product development and increase customer satisfaction
  • Go to market and product marketing lifecycle: working closely with the internal business partners (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Professional Services) to gather and assess product needs in the marketplace, manage customer feedback providing input and expertise to the marketing and other customer materials
  • Due to the global nature of the role flexible working hours will be required (split between UK and US working hours)


Requirements
  • A passionate problem solver focused on customer needs with a Product Management and/or Product Owner experience
  • Experience with managing analytics products within the fraud space is essential
  • Domain knowledge in fraud prevention, statistical modelling and AI/machine learning is a must
  • Ability to understand and analyze complex data in association with machine learning and AI algorithms
  • Committed to delivering high quality to the users, keeping the customers at heart of every product decision
  • Great organizational and prioritization skills and attention to details with the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to connect and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders at various levels of seniority
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, for example Scrum and Kanban, is nice to have
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $104,900 - $174,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.Base Pay Range for CO is $104,900 - $174,700. Base Pay Range for IL is $110,100 - $183,500. Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $115,400 - $192,200. Base Pay Range for MD is $110,100 - $183,500. Base Pay Range for NY is $115,400 - $192,200. Base Pay Range for New York City is $125,900 - $209,700. Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $104,900 - $174,700. Base Pay Range for OH is $99,700 - $166,000.
