Job DescriptionWhat You'll Own- Define and execute the CRM product strategy and roadmap
- Lead a global CRM transformation centered on Salesforce, with integration to platforms such as HubSpot
- Partner with commercial, marketing, finance, and operational leaders to align business needs and priorities
- Translate business objectives into scalable product capabilities and user experiences
- Drive adoption, governance, and change management to establish CRM as the trusted source of customer information
- Collaborate with implementation partners and internal teams to deliver phased releases and ongoing enhancements
- Measure success through adoption, business outcomes, and continuous product improvement

What You'll BringRequired- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in product management, CRM, enterprise systems, or related disciplines
- Experience leading CRM implementations, digital transformations, or large-scale business technology initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product solutions
Preferred- Salesforce experience, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Experience with HubSpot or marketing automation platforms
- Experience operating within multi-brand or global organizations
- Familiarity with CRM automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and modern customer engagement platforms
- Experience driving organizational adoption and change management
Work EnvironmentThis role may be based remotely or in a hybrid environment depending on location. Periodic travel is expected to support workshops, stakeholder alignment, and global implementation activities.
