In this role, you9ll:
- Modernize a large-scale production React Native application
- Design reliable offline-first mobile experiences
- Build Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) integrations with connected devices

- Mentor other developers and provide technical leadership

What You9ll Do- Design, develop, test, and maintain React Native application features
- Build reliable mobile experiences that perform seamlessly online and offline
- Design and improve local data storage and synchronization capabilities
- Contribute to application architecture, scalability, and long-term technical direction
- Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and Engineering to deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Continuously improve engineering practices, code quality, and team effectiveness
- Occasionally visit customer farms to better understand user workflows and identify opportunities for innovation
What We9re Looking ForQualifications- 6+ years of professional mobile application development experience, including strong expertise with React Native
- Experience designing and building scalable, maintainable mobile applications using sound software architecture and engineering best practices
- Experience developing applications that support intermittent or offline connectivity, including local databases and mobile synchronization strategies
- Experience integrating Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) or similar hardware/device communication into mobile applications
- Native Android or iOS development experience is a plus
- Experience working in Agile software development environments using Jira, Gitflow, and modern CI/CD practices
- Demonstrated ability to mentor developers, lead technical initiatives, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Interest in learning about agriculture and leveraging technology to improve farm operations
