  • Create and maintain a unified product roadmap for Environment Manager, System Manager, Enterprise Session Monitor, Landing App, Theme Designer, and related shared application experiences.
  • Translate business and customer needs into technical, functional, and non-functional requirements that engineering, design, and architecture teams can execute.
  • Define user personas and use cases for administrators, platform operators, end users, and internal teams that depend on shared Viya application experiences.
  • Drive product development and collaborate with software development teams, UX designers, architects, program management, and dependent product teams.
  • Prioritize roadmap tradeoffs across administration, tenant management, observability, onboarding, theming, modernization, reliability, and customer-visible quality.
  • Coordinate cross-app dependencies, transition impacts, release readiness, and migration/deprecation planning for shared application capabilities.
  • Present product vision, roadmap, workflow improvements, and software demonstrations to internal constituents, customers, and leadership audiences.
  • Support product launches and knowledge transfer of Shared Apps functionality to marketing, sales, support, enablement, and customer-facing teams.
  • Embrace curiosity, passion, authenticity and accountability. These are our values and influence everything we do.

  • Experience as an administrator, operator, product manager, or product owner for enterprise software deployments, platform administration, tenant management, observability, or customer-facing platform applications.
  • Experience building or delivering technical solutions that solve customer, administrator, or operational problems.
  • Experience with enterprise administration workflows, observability/monitoring, release readiness, UX collaboration, and migration/change management.
  • Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
