What you will do- Acts as the top product owner for business solutions understanding product, business, and competitive landscape to successfully enhance the company's competitive advantage in the industry.
- Handles different aspects of the entire product life cycle from developing ideas to prototyping and testing new features and product ideas.
- Creates features and stories for current and future products based on consumer insights, research, business goals, and Customer Experience (CX) needs.
- Develops a strategy on how to market and promote new products to consumers and clients to contribute to the company's overall revenue and profitability targets.
- Develops testing procedures for onsite, monthly, and quarterly assessments with detailed documentation review.
- Coordinates with business teams and other key business partners to create a product vision, understand and help identify business value, understand required use cases and capabilities and translate these into product requirements.
- Coordinates with talented technical partners from engineering, data science, user design, and architecture teams in a fast-paced, agile development process to successfully enhance the company's competitive advantage in the industry.
- Approves budget resource levels and product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps to maintain speed to market and differentiation.
- Applies highly developed leadership experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing product management teams and talent in a collaborative, fast-paced, global environment to ensure industry-proven best practices are instilled within the company's strategies and end-product offerings.
For this role you will need Minimum Requirements- 7-10 years work experience

Preferred Qualifications- Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred.
- Healthcare or Epic Experience preferred.
Education- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$106,605.00 - $284,280.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
