Responsibilities- Define and manage project milestones to ensure alignment with product roadmaps and business objectives.
- Oversee the overall project schedule, ensuring timely delivery by proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Determine critical milestone interdependencies to optimize resource allocation and project flow.
- Address and resolve resource conflicts across teams, fostering collaboration and efficient workload management.
- Drive the team to make definitive decisions, ensuring progress aligns with strategic goals and timelines.
- Facilitate and lead cross-functional meetings, enhancing communication and driving accountability among team members.

Qualifications Must-Have:- Proven project management experience in tech-related industries
- Proficient in MS Project for scheduling and tracking
- Hands-on experience in transferring products to manufacturing
- Strong understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
Nice-To-Have:- Familiarity with optical design or optoelectronics
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques
- Knowledge of FMEA principles
- Experience with Agile methodologies for project execution
