Job DescriptionThe Role:As the Sr. Pricing Analyst, reporting to the Director - Pricing Excellence, you will be responsible for owning and executing SI Group's formula pricing process. You will ensure pricing accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all commercial agreements, while identifying opportunities to improve how pricing is structured, communicated and operationalized across systems (SAP, Salesforce, templates, and workflows). This role serves as a critical link between commercial execution, pricing process design, and system enablement, ensuring that pricing workflows are effective, scalable, and aligned with business requirements. Additionally, you will be focused on process ownership, cross functional coordination, and continuous improvement of the pricing operating model.
How You Will Make an Impact:- Formula Pricing Process: Own the monthly pricing calculation and internal communication process for all formula-based pricing. Ensure accurate and timely price updates. Act as the primary point of accountability for the formula pricing process and reliability.
- Process Improvement and Standardization: Lead the ongoing effort to improve the formula pricing process through pricing template design, interaction with customer price letters, and pricing workflows and systems. Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability. Partner with IT to ensure processes are properly translated into automated solutions.
- Cross functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales and Sales Support, Procurement, Finance, and IT to ensure alignment between pricing process design and business requirements. Clearly communicate pricing updates, process changes, and expectations. Support training and onboarding of pricing processes and tools
- Governance: Maintain controls around pricing accuracy and consistency. Monitor adherence to pricing process and templates. Support audits against contract and process compliance.
Creating Extraordinary Starts With:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field
- A minimum of three years in commercial operations, pricing, sales support, or customer facing roles
- Previous experience within the Chemicals or Oil & Gas industries preferred
- Strong familiarity with pricing processes, contract structures, and commercial operations

- The salary range for this position is $75,000-$105,000. The specific salary offered will be determined by a variety of factors including location, experience, and education.
