What the Role OffersAs a NOC administrator, you will:- Use your problem-solving skills and structured thinking to tackle complex challenges and simplify them for others.
- Provide technical and process leadership to the NOC team, identifying opportunities to improve systems, technologies, and workflows for better reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end customer experiences.
- Contribute to our knowledge base by developing and refining processes.
- Champion positive change that enhances customer outcomes and experience.

One Last ThingThis is a global role supporting clients/employees in North America and Europe and requires fluency in French & English.
Salary Range: $86,800 - $130,200 Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
