Job SummaryOversees the Food, Beverage and Retail operations for multiple outlets at home resort(s) by supporting F&B leaders to maintain established cost and quality standards to ensure superior service and maximized profits. Support additional assigned F&B/retail operations to align with Corporate F&B initiatives, F&B operational standards and Brand expectations.
Essential Job Responsibilities - Home ResortResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensures operations comply with all food and beverage, health, liquor and safety regulations, in addition to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Supports F&B leaders to effectively recruit, train and performance manage Associates in a fair and equitable manner.
- Development and achievement of F&B/retail department budget, forecast, labor, revenue and profit benchmarks.
Minimum Requirements and QualificationsEducation- College degree preferred or equivalent training/experience
Training requirements - Current local State Food Service Health Inspections
- TABC & Alcohol certifications
Knowledge and skills - Understanding of resort P&L financials
- Strong leadership skills with ability to coach, mentor, train and develop staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to exceed customer expectations
- Ability to influence without authority
- Project management with new concepts and procedures
- Ability to develop effective vendor relationships
- Business plan development
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Detail oriented

- Mixologist skill
Technical Skills- Working knowledge of POS, Simphony, Clover, Squirrel
Job experience - 10 to 15 years of related work experience
- 5+ years supervisory / department experience
- Multi-outlet experience
Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
