  • Attend coordination meetings, OAC sessions, and site walks to monitor progress and surface issues early
  • Mitigate change orders and protect project interests through proactive risk identification and resolution

Project Execution & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple concurrent data center sites, from design coordination through installation, integration, commissioning, and closeout
  • Own project schedules, budgets, and milestones; track progress against plan and drive corrective action when needed
  • Manage scope, contract administration, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
  • Coordinate constructability reviews, value engineering, and design coordination with engineering teams and contractors

Technical Execution Oversight
  • Oversee installation of MEP and mission-critical infrastructure, including generators, ATS, switchgear, mechanical systems, and DC electrical distribution
  • Validate that technical aspects of installation, including MEP, power systems, and critical environment requirements, are executed to specification
  • Partner with internal engineering and power systems teams to resolve technical issues in the field
  • Oversee commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities to ensure sites are delivered ready for operation
  • Maintain quality control across site execution, identifying and escalating deviations from design intent

Cost, Schedule & Risk Management

  • Maintain project schedules and drive corrective action when needed
  • Identify and manage project risks across safety, cost, schedule, and quality
  • Report project status, key metrics, and risks to internal leadership on a regular cadence

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with internal engineering, power systems, program management, and deployment teams to maintain delivery alignment
  • Coordinate with Qcells' program management function to ensure individual project execution rolls up to portfolio-level delivery visibility
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure sites meet operational, reliability, and performance goals
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, contract administration, and risk on complex infrastructure projects
  • Experience coordinating with general contractors, engineering consultants, and vendor execution partners
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and work effectively across internal and external stakeholders
  • Travel may be required up to 50%, depending on business needs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
