The Senior Project Manager at Rogers-O'Brien Construction plays a crucial role in providing on-site direction for all aspects of construction projects. This position involves managing project costs to ensure completion within budget expectations while developing schedules in critical path steps to meet deadlines. The role requires overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, along with technical direction to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Additionally, the Senior Project Manager leads and develops the project staff, ensuring that projects meet or exceed customer expectations.
