Full Job Description
Job Summary:

PatientPoint is seeking an experienced, strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns and sales enablement initiatives that drive measurable business results. This individual will partner closely with Sales to develop proactive sales tools and develop and implement account-based marketing (ABM) programs. They will also create and execute inbound marketing strategies that increase awareness, generate demand, and accelerate pipeline growth for PatientPoint's core solutions.

This role requires someone who is a strategist and an executer, who has channel expertise across digital, content, and event marketing channels. The ideal candidate will design and orchestrate integrated campaign strategies that align paid, owned, earned, and experiential channels to maximize reach and impact across the buyer journey.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop deep expertise in the solutions and target personas you support to effectively drive awareness and demand for PatientPoint.
  • Articulate the value proposition of all products, capture features and benefits and translate these details to support compelling messaging and content
  • Own and execute on sales and marketing events, driving pre-event awareness, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up
  • Enable sales with relevant marketing materials, including sell sheets, presentation decks, spec sheets, best practices
  • Collaborate with product, sales and other cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and programs
  • Support the development of the content strategy and execute short-form content deliverables as needs arise, including email marketing, sell sheets, social posts, and more.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, programs and supporting content used in both online/digital and offline environments
  • Develop and execute demand generation programs to drive leads and sales pipeline growth
  • Communicate with and educate sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize programs accordingly

What We Need:
  • 7+ years of direct experience in B2B marketing, healthcare or life sciences preferred. Agency, start-up, or consulting experience are also preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business results
  • Expertise in sales support tools and enablement
  • Experience designing and implementing ABM campaigns
  • Expertise in digital and traditional marketing channels and tactics
  • Strong understanding of product marketing strategy and execution, including product positioning, messaging and go-to-market planning
  • Highly developed training, presentation and written communication skills
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Pardot a plus
