The Senior Marketing Manager at Prophix will own cross-sell campaigns, product adoption campaigns and messaging. You will be responsible for developing targeted ABM programs that drive engagement, cross-sell opportunities, and pipeline acceleration - working closely with sales, product, and customer success to align marketing efforts with customer needs while leveraging data, AI, and automation to scale personalized engagement.
What You Will Do- Build and execute targeted ABM campaigns that identify and convert cross-sell opportunities across our global customer base
- Partner with sales, customer success and product marketing to define segmentation, intent triggers, and messaging for cross-sell motions
- Use AI to personalize engagement, predict expansion signals, and scale campaign execution
- Own the revenue and cross-sell pipeline. Measure, monitor and drive campaign improvement. Track and report on pipeline impact influenced by marketing programs
- Drive product adoption through targeted campaigns
- Own the creative direction of customer campaigns, proactively pitching bold ideas and testing new formats, channels, and messaging angles

Required Qualifications- 5+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in customer marketing, lifecycle or customer cross-sell focused role
- Demonstrated experience owning cross-sell or upsell programs with measurable revenue outcomes
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategy and automation tools (Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, Qualified)
- Ability to use data to segment audiences, identify expansion signals, and personalize ABM campaigns at scale
- Strong written communication skills. You can write messaging that resonates with customers, not just prospect
- Must be legally entitled to work in the country where this role is located
- Comfortable using AI tools responsibly to support tasks such as research, drafting, and data review
- Able to learn new tools and adapt as technology and workflows evolve.
- Curious, open to new approaches, and motivated to continuously improve.
- Collaborative mindset when working across teams and with AI supported tooling.

CompensationThe total target compensation for this role is $106,000 CAD to $122,000 CAD, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
