Job Description

The Sr Manager Technology Transformation is a strategic enterprise leadership role responsible for shaping and accelerating the organization's technology transformation agenda through the design and execution of modern operating models, digital capabilities, and enterprise-wide change initiatives.

This position serves as a trusted advisor to technology leaders, partnering across business and technology functions to define future-state strategies, drive operating model evolution, and helps deliver measurable business value through large-scale transformation programs.

The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, AI/ML, Digital Transformation, Process Optimization, and Technology Modernization. The Technology Transformation Leader is responsible for developing transformation roadmaps, governing portfolios of strategic initiatives, establishing performance metrics, and ensuring successful organizational adoption of new capabilities and ways of working.

Success in this role requires exceptional leadership, business acumen, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders while navigating ambiguity and driving organizational change. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of leading enterprise-scale transformations, designing target operating models, leveraging emerging technologies to unlock business value, and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader in designing and executing target operating models for Tech organizations, emphasizing the following areas:
  • Trusted advisor to define and implement an optimal operating and technology model, aligning transformation efforts with the company's long-term vision.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to develop and implement innovative, scalable solutions tailored to address complex, enterprise-wide business challenges.
  • Develop, manage, and report on program health metrics for a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met and driving measurable business value and impact.
  • Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership, supporting strategic decision-making and identifying growth opportunities within the divisional structure.
  • Bringing together the best technological capabilities, helping Brinks use emerging technology to transform our business processes and operations;
  • Working on projects across all functions to deliver breakthrough products, experiences, and businesses, both on technology and non-technology topics.
  • Analyzing complex quantitative and qualitative data in an efficient manner and synthesizing the output into meaningful and actionable insights;
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless stakeholder engagement, foster organizational change, and maintain consistent messaging throughout the enterprise.
  • Lead the creation and execution of strategic roadmaps specific to modern/emerging Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, AI/ML and Digital transformation areas, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide objectives and divisional priorities to drive long-term success.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects to design and implement process improvements and scalable solutions across a diverse ecosystem of business lines and verticals.
  • Balance strategic oversight with tactical execution, proactively mitigating risks, resolving escalated issues, and maintaining program momentum.

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration or related field and a minimum of 7+ years of experience leading large-scale transformational programs, with proven success in delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior executives in high-stakes environments in designing and implementing Target Operating Models for Technology function.
  • Expertise in enterprise-wide change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption frameworks.
  • Extensive experience and comfort managing several concurrent projects, balancing strategic objectives with detailed program execution.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze complex data, provide strategic insights, and inform executive decision-making.
  • Experience leading large change initiatives using industry best practices tools and methodologies.
  • Advanced user of MS Office, SharePoint, project management, business process management, business intelligence, and CRM tools
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences, including executive leaders.
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability, fostering trust and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
  • PMP, PgMP or similar certification.
