Senior Manager, Planning, Strategy & Value - AI & Digital Transformation

What is the opportunity?

As a Senior Manager within the RBC AI Group, you will support the strategy, planning, governance, and value realization for AI & Digital Transformation (ADT) initiatives.

ADT is building a centralized capability to deliver enterprise value through large-scale AI transformation programs. This role combines strategic thinking with operational execution, supporting portfolio planning and governance while collaborating with finance, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to inform investment decisions, implement performance frameworks, and ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable enterprise impact.

What will you do?
  • Support ADT Strategy Implementation: Contribute to executing RBC's vision for ADT, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging AI trends
  • Assist Portfolio Planning: Support portfolio planning and prioritization exercises for large-scale AI transformation programs by analyzing strategy, funding, and execution to identify highest-impact opportunities
  • Develop Governance Materials: Create and maintain executive governance materials and updates (Board, GE, OC, etc.) with clear decision frameworks and performance metrics
  • Support ADT Engagement: Enhance ADT engagement through leadership forums, committees, summits and conferences, collaborating with Corporate Communications for key events
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders and finance teams to support AI value realization initiatives and advocate for business requirements with segment finance and the Value Office
