Full Job Description
This role is designed for a true business athlete - someone who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution, jump into ambiguous problems, and build scalable solutions that drive measurable revenue impact. This person will operate at the intersection of retail strategy, CRM infrastructure, analytics, and brand performance measurement.

You will own the systems, frameworks, and insights that power our retail sales engine while helping the organization better understand how brand, marketing, and retail initiatives translate into traffic, conversion, and revenue. You are deeply analytical, operationally minded, and excited about using AI and automation to work smarter, move faster, and uncover insights others miss.

This is a full-time, in-office role based at our Denver headquarters. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Denver, CO.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and evolve retail sales strategy and operations: Develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth across retail locations and brands. Build frameworks for store expansion, cross-brand selling, and studio performance optimization.
  • Operate as a strategic problem solver across the retail business: Jump into high-priority problems across retail, sales, and growth initiatives. Diagnose issues quickly, build structured solutions, and drive execution across teams.
  • Own the CRM and sales engine infrastructure: Serve as the in-house expert on HubSpot and CRM architecture. Oversee lead routing, lifecycle management, deal setup, reporting, automation, and customer communications.
  • Leverage AI and automation to scale impact: Identify and implement AI-driven tools that improve lead routing, customer follow-ups, analytics, and workflow automation. Continuously experiment with AI to drive efficiency and uncover insights.
  • Drive sales productivity through incentives and compensation: Partner with Finance and HR to design performance-based compensation structures that motivate teams and align behaviors with revenue goals.
  • Forecast, goal, and audit performance: Build and manage monthly goals across individuals and teams. Evaluate performance trends and continuously refine forecasting and goal-setting methodologies.
  • Translate data into action: Analyze sales performance, conversion metrics, and pipeline data to produce clear insights and recommendations. Deliver executive-ready summaries that answer the critical "so what?" for leadership.
  • Build brand performance measurement frameworks: Partner with brand and marketing teams to develop systems that measure how brand investments translate into retail and web traffic, engagement, and revenue outcomes.
  • Standardize and scale best practices: Identify opportunities to create consistent, scalable processes across stores, teams, and brands including training, operational playbooks, and customer engagement workflows.
  • Own sales enablement infrastructure: Manage and evolve internal enablement platforms such as Rise and HelpJuice to ensure sales teams have the tools, training, and documentation needed to perform at a high level.

Who You Are:

  • A highly analytical operator who loves solving complex business problems.
  • A true business athlete who thrives in fast-moving environments and can quickly shift between strategy, analysis, and execution.
  • Deeply proficient in HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automation, reporting, and system architecture.
  • Advanced in Excel or Google Sheets with strong forecasting, modeling, and analytical capabilities.
  • Passionate about AI and constantly exploring ways to use automation and AI tools to increase productivity and insight generation.
  • Comfortable owning systems, processes, and infrastructure-not just strategy.
  • Strong communicator who can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
  • Highly organized with strong ownership and follow-through across multiple initiatives.
  • Experience scaling or optimizing multi-location retail businesses.
  • Experience implementing CRM or sales operations systems.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or retail POS platforms.
  • Experience building dashboards, analytics frameworks, or growth models.

Additional Details:

  • This is a full-time in-office exempt position, headquartered in Denver, CO (Cherry Creek area). The expectation for this role is that the individual will be onsite 5 days per week.
  • Targeted compensation range for this role: $120K-$150K, flexible dependent upon experience.
  • Our total rewards package includes competitive compensation, generous PTO, volunteer days off, health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability), 401K, and paid parental leave. In addition, we offer design services, furniture discounts, and anniversary merchandise credits.
