What you'll be doing

As a Process Engineering Senior Manager, you'll manage end-to-end process and re-engineering projects and implement process improvements that enhance client experience and generate profitability. You'll use your experience to guide key projects that improve processes that affect our clients. You'll work closely with your team and guide the planning, development, and implementation of a process strategy that will build the bank of the future.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 2-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

How you'll succeed

  • Leadership - You will work with team members to set goals and motivate teams to achieve them. You can identify and remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful completion of project objectives. You can work within the organization to inspire change. You have experience mentoring process engineers in different aspects of process engineering and other improvement methodologies.
  • Interpersonal Relations - You have excellent communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely to partners in all levels of the organization. You can use various strategies to influence others and build support for process improvement recommendations.
  • Problem solving - You can develop creative solutions and new ways of thinking about issues and opportunities.
  • Task management - You have experience tracking project progress and guiding projects to successful completion. You can provide management with project status updates, feedback and appropriate reporting on key process-focused objectives.
