The Opportunity:As Sr. Manager, Operations Finance, you will lead financial planning and analysis for Operations, partnering cross-functionally to deliver insights, improve cost efficiency, and enable high-impact decisions that support business performance and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities for Operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Partner with Operations leaders to translate strategy into financial insights and actions
- Deliver clear, timely reporting and variance analysis to support decision-making
- Identify cost optimization opportunities while maintaining a customer-first mindset
- Build scalable financial models and dashboards to improve visibility and accountability
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across finance, supply chain, and business teams
- Ensure data integrity and continuously improve finance processes and tools

- Proven experience in finance, operations, or a related field (typically 10+ years)
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with visualization tools is a plus
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 170,000 - 230,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
