About the RoleWe are seeking a
Senior Manager, HRBP - Associate Resource Center to join our team at our
Los Angeles, CA location. As a Senior Manager, HRBP - Associate Resource Center, you will be accountable for leading enterprise HR service delivery across operations, employee lifecycle administration, compliance, and data governance. This role is vital in ensuring a scalable, consistent, and high-quality employee experience while driving operational excellence and supporting strategic business outcomes.
This role requires you to be onsite in
Los Angeles, CA four days per week, giving you hands-on collaboration with the team and daily exposure to the pulse of the business.
CompensationSalary Range: $108,000-$144,000
Core Accountabilities (What You'll be Doing)- Lead enterprise-wide HR operations across the full employee lifecycle from pre-employment through offboarding
- Establish and enforce standardized HR processes, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Oversee HR data governance, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee records
- Ensure compliance with federal contractor requirements, OFCCP regulations, EEO reporting, and wage and hour laws
- Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, automation, and employee experience
- Lead the Associate Resource Center (AARC), improving service delivery, case management, and employee support
- Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Legal, IT, and business leaders to deliver scalable HR solutions
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with a focus on HR operations
- 4+ years of experience leading and developing teams
- Experience supporting HR operations in multi-site, manufacturing, distribution, retail, or field-based environments
- Strong knowledge of full employee lifecycle processes and workforce administration
- Experience ensuring HR data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness
- Ability to translate field HR needs into scalable enterprise processes
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success) - Experience in food manufacturing or a federal contractor environment
- Experience leading or optimizing HR shared services or service center models
- Experience implementing HR case management systems and HR technology solutions
- Experience driving process automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Experience supporting multi-site or high-volume workforce environments
