Job DetailsThe Senior Manager, HR Field Operations is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving workforce stability, recruiting execution, and compliance across all regions. This role partners closely with HR and Operations to ensure effective staffing, reduce overtime, and maintain compliance and data integrity.
Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:- Lead regional recruiting strategies to reduce vacancies and support business growth
- Partner with HRBPs and Operations on workforce planning and forecasting
- Monitor key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, applicant flow, fill rates) and drive performance
- Build hiring plans to support high-volume staffing, new business, and transitions
- Drive overtime reduction through targeted hiring and staffing strategies
- Oversee HR and recruiting compliance, including audits, documentation, and regulatory adherence
- Ensure data integrity across ATS and systems like WinTeam
- Standardize recruiting processes, requisition management, and system usage
- Partner cross-functionally to support account transitions, onboarding, and workforce stabilization
- Conduct regular reviews on staffing, overtime, and compliance; implement improvement plans
- Provide strategic guidance on recruiting, workforce planning, and risk mitigation
Qualifications:- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in multi-site, high-volume environments
- Experience in field operations or operational HR leadership
- Proven success in recruiting strategy, workforce planning, and compliance initiatives
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and workforce systems (e.g., WinTeam)
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR operations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment
