Overview

THE ROLE: 

As a key member of the Global HR Business Partner team, the Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner will collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and HR colleagues to implement and embed HR strategies aligned with corporate and functional goals. This role will focus on the corporate side of the business, building organizational and talent capabilities and fostering an inclusive work environment. The position requires a strategic mindset to act as a liaison and advisor to all levels within the organization for HR-related initiatives. This role is pivotal in aligning these HR initiatives with business objectives to drive overall organizational success.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: •    Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership within assigned functional business units, leading comprehensive organizational assessments, driving enterprise-wide talent development strategies, succession planning, and proactively identifying and developing future leaders.•    Design and lead large-scale change management initiatives, partnering with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment with business transformation goals and to drive adoption across multiple business units or regions.•    Build and sustain influential relationships with key global partners and senior stakeholders to champion and accelerate HR initiatives that support the company’s strategic direction.•    Lead cross-functional collaboration with GBS centers and COE leaders to architect, implement, and continuously improve HR programs and practices, ensuring consistency and scalability across the organization.•    Model and embed the company’s ethical standards, vision, and values at all leadership levels, serving as a culture ambassador and trusted advisor on matters of integrity and organizational conduct.•    Drive a culture of continuous learning and growth, developing and executing strategies that promote a growth mindset, leadership development, and high performance across teams and functions.•    Oversee compliance with company and government regulations, providing strategic guidance to senior leaders on complex employment law matters and proactively mitigating organizational risk.•    Utilize advanced data analytics and workforce insights to influence executive decision-making, optimize organizational design, and lead strategic workforce planning initiatives that support long-term business success.•    Champion a culture of innovation and operational excellence by leading high-impact HR projects, driving process improvements, and fostering an environment that encourages creative problem-solving and agility.•    Provide expert coaching and counsel on complex employee relations matters, including high-impact performance management, sensitive investigations, and executive-level terminations, ensuring outcomes align with both business objectives and organizational values.•    Perform additional strategic responsibilities as assigned, contributing to enterprise-wide HR and business priorities.

Education•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or 4 additional years of HR Business Partnering experience in lieu of a degree
