Full Job Description
The Opportunity:

As the Sr. Finance Planning Manager, you will be part of the Home Appliance B2B Planning Team and will be expected to provide support and coordination on Financial & KPI planning, performance management & measurement.

You will work closely with many stakeholders both internal and external to the organization (including but not limited to Sales, Product Management, Business Manager, and other stakeholders in HQ).

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day financial activities of the organization
  • Review and ensure that all financial resources, transactions, systems and procedures comply with accounting principles, company policy and standards
  • Provide support and advice to the ARC CFO in financial decision making, reviewing and approving general and travel expenses, financial analysis, reporting (AP and AR), budgeting forecasting and month end accounting closing
  • Drive the development and implementation of our businesses' visions, strategies, and long-term strategic priorities
  • Manage the financial success of department by meeting sales, profit, and growth goals, analyzing historical data and current trends, providing strategic recommendations to maximize opportunities & mitigate risk
  • Develop the annual financial & KPI plans of team individuals in conjunction with top down direction and bottom up proposals
  • Accurately, objectively and constructively evaluate performance of sales individuals via KPI development & measurement process
  • Organize data for monthly report on KPI metrics & ad-hoc analyses, and communicate to impacted teams and leadership
  • Participate on various process improvement activities and other special projects
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project performance data and making recommendations for process improvements

Education / Experience (Requirements):
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Planning or other related fields
  • 10 years of professional work experience in fast-paced finance, planning, project management or similar relevant experience preferred
  • Experience creating business plans, analyses, and strategic plans
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with business representatives
  • Ability to extract large amounts of data (database mining skills) and summarize that data into useful trend information
  • Must be able to synthesize information into actionable recommendations and analyses
  • Exceptional skillset in Excel and Microsoft Office products
  • Experience in OLAP or other database management is a plus
  • Bilingual (English / Korean) is preferred

$138,000-$158,000 USD
