Job Responsibilities:

General Job Duties:
  • Demonstrate professionalism aligned with the Magna Employee Charter to foster a positive workplace.
  • Apply fair, consistent management practices supporting employee satisfaction and productivity.

  • Apply problem-solving skills to support continuous improvement.
  • Identify employee development and training needs to enhance workplace effectiveness.
  • Support and enforce company policies and business objectives in daily operations.
  • Maintain all customer and Decostar quality standards.
  • Learn, Implement, and Excel in increasing Magna's SOX, Mafact, TISAX, and all other auditing and security compliances.


Specific Job Duties:
  • Follow and enforce Decostar health and safety policies to maintain a safe workplace.
  • Promote safety by correcting unsafe behaviors and reducing hazards.
  • Respond promptly and proactively to employee safety concerns.
  • Report all incidents, accidents, and near misses within 24 hours.
  • Complete all required safety inspections.
  • Do not modify equipment in ways that compromise safety.
  • Ensure employees are properly trained to perform work safely.
  • Define information security goals aligned with business needs and integrate ISMS processes.
  • Monitor risks to information assets; manage acceptable risk levels and raise awareness.
  • Ensure controls detect, respond to, and support review of security incidents.
  • Own and ensure compliance with ISMS policies (e.g., TISAX, SOX) and update control evidence.
  • Ensure ongoing adherence to ISMS requirements.
  • Support physical/site security through coordination with relevant functions.
  • Develop and execute internal ISMS and compliance audits.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
  • Understand and uphold workplace health and safety responsibilities.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and use required PPE.
  • Communicate hazards and maintain clear safety goals.
  • Respect OSHA rights and prevent discrimination.
  • Cooperate with OSHA/state inspectors.
  • Model proper PPE use and enforce safety standards.
  • Understand and follow Decostar safety rules.
  • Maintain awareness of safety practices for employees, visitors, and the public.
  • Avoid unsafe operation or modification of equipment.
  • Report all unsafe conditions, injuries, or damage immediately.
  • Ensure proper training for operation of machinery and equipment.


Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related subject preferred or 3-4 years equivalent work experience.
  • CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional (certification or experience)
  • CND - Certified Network Defender (certification or experience)
  • CEH - Certified Ethical Hacker (certification or experience)
  • ECSA - EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (certification or experience)


Skills and Experience:
  • Experience with IT and information security compliance documentation.
  • Experience working in team-oriented, collaborative environments.
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments.
  • 2+ years of managing with ITGC's
  • 2+ years of managing IT Audits
  • 2+ years of Cybersecurity Experience


Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
  • Frequent stair use required.
  • Lift up to 15 lbs frequently and 40 lbs occasionally.
  • Work near solvents, paints, alcohols, or dust.
  • Perform work below knees and above shoulders.
  • Good close vision and color distinction (with or without correction).
  • Ability to hear alarms (with or without hearing aids).


Training Requirements:
  • Ongoing training provided in safety, quality, continuous improvement, and job-specific functions aligned with Decostar operations.
