Full Job Description
The Sr. Legal Analyst ensures T-Mobile's privacy technology ecosystem effectively supports compliance with evolving privacy laws and regulatory obligations by owning the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the company's privacy technology platforms. This role serves as the technical bridge between Privacy Legal, Product, Engineering, IT, and Security - translating legal requirements into scalable technical solutions, workflows, and system enhancements. You'll also preserve and organize the team's institutional knowledge by maintaining structured documentation, regulatory tracking, and reusable implementation guidance that improves consistency and operational efficiency.

What you'll do in your role.
  • Own the administration, configuration, maintenance, and continuous optimization of T-Mobile's privacy technology platforms, including OneTrust and related privacy tools
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for privacy technology platforms, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and support to internal stakeholders
  • Design, build, implement, and maintain technical workflows that operationalize privacy and regulatory compliance requirements, including Contract Personal Data Disclosure (CPDD) and related processes
  • Partner with Privacy Legal, Product, Engineering, IT, and Security to translate legal and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions, system configurations, and process improvements
  • Evaluate new privacy regulations and support the technical implementation of required system, workflow, and data flow changes to maintain compliance
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, dashboards, implementation roadmaps, and reporting to track regulatory obligations, implementation status, and compliance activities
  • Develop and maintain structured knowledge management resources that capture regulatory requirements, implementation decisions, technical solutions, and institutional knowledge
  • Take on other duties and projects as assigned by business management as needed

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-4 years of related work experience in Legal Compliance, Risk Management, IT, or Program Management
  • 4-7 years of professional work experience in a Legal, IT, or Compliance setting
  • Knowledge of data privacy and data protection requirements, including US laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Experience configuring, administering, and optimizing enterprise privacy management platforms, such as OneTrust
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal, technical, and business concepts into clear, actionable guidance for diverse audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across Legal, Product, Engineering, IT, Security, and other business functions
  • Ability to evaluate new regulatory requirements, assess their technical implications, and determine appropriate implementation approaches
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in system configurations, regulatory tracking, and technical documentation
  • CIPP or CIPM certification a plus

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $98,210 - $177,100

National Base Pay Range: $85,400 - $154,000

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.

Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
