Role SummaryThe Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Commercial infrastructure projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role coordinates cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure services (e.g., network, data center, low-voltage cabling, workplace IT, and facility technology) that support business operations and growth.
ResponsibilitiesProject planning & execution- Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
Stakeholder management- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders (IT, Audio/Visual, Facilities, Workplace, Security, Finance, external partners).
- Run regular status meetings, publish progress reports, and escalate blockers as needed.
- Align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and trade-offs.
Infrastructure delivery- Coordinate design and deployment of infrastructure solutions such as network, Wi-Fi, cabling, telecom, server/compute, storage, and related facility technology.
- Work closely with architects and engineers to translate requirements into executable project plans.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, security requirements, and relevant codes/regulations.
Construction / site rollout support- Partner with Real Estate, Construction, Facilities, and Workplace teams to deliver IT and low-voltage scope for new sites, remodels, and expansions.
- Manage site readiness, cutover planning, and go-live activities, including testing and handoff to operations.
Vendor & contract management- Manage RFPs, SOWs, and vendor onboarding for infrastructure services.
- Coordinate vendor schedules, deliverables, and quality of work.
- Track invoices against budget and support forecasting.
Governance & documentation- Ensure all project artifacts are maintained (requirements, designs, test plans, change records, as-built documentation) within Jira.
- Adhere to and help improve PMO processes, standards, and tools.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-7+ years of experience managing infrastructure for site expansions or openings or IT projects (e.g., network, data center, workplace IT, cabling, or similar).
- Proven experience delivering projects using formal project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
- Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and contractors.
Preferred Qualifications- PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
- Experience with enterprise network and infrastructure technologies (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, servers, storage, cloud, telecom).
- Experience delivering IT scope in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or multi-site workplace environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Pay DisclosureSalary Range for this role is $89,900 - $112,400 for Georgia based applicants. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs.
The successful candidate may be eligible for annual performance bonus and equity awards.
