The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Global Senior Executive Talent Advisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will lead end-to-end executive search strategies to attract, assess, and hire senior-level leaders (Director through C-suite) for Solventum. You will partner closely with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to define role requirements, shape compelling talent narratives, build diverse pipelines, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. As a player- coach, you'll operate as a strategic advisor, market expert, and global search leader for mission-critical executive roles. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading full-cycle executive recruiting for senior leadership roles (Director, VP, SVP, and C-suite), serving as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders throughout the process
  • Facilitating intake, strategy, and alignment sessions to define success profiles, competencies, and role requirements
  • Developing targeted search strategies informed by industry research, benchmarking, and talent mapping
  • Building and maintaining robust, diverse candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and select external partnerships
  • Leading candidate engagement, screening, and assessment using structured interviews and competency-based evaluation methods
  • Presenting calibrated longlists and slates to hiring teams and providing real-time insights on market availability, compensation dynamics, and competitive trends
  • Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience through professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail from first contact through close
  • Partnering with Total Rewards and executive stakeholders on offer strategy, negotiations, and closing
  • Maintaining search documentation, reporting, and scorecards aligned to executive recruiting goals and KPIs, while ensuring compliance across applicant tracking and HR technologies
  • Driving standardized and auditable recruiting processes through regular stakeholder reviews and continuous improvement
  • Building strong partnerships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, process excellence, and continuous improvement in executive hiring


Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND eight (8) years of talent acquisition experience, including five (5) years leading executive searches (Director through C-suite)

OR
  • High School Diploma/GED AND twelve (12) years of talent acquisition experience, including five (5) years leading executive searches (Director through C-suite)

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
  • People management experience
  • Three (3) years of experience in executive sourcing, assessment, and structured interviewing
  • Three (3) years of experience in vendor contract negotiations


Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Experience in high-growth, start-up, and/or large enterprise environments
  • Global recruiting experience
  • In-house executive recruiting experience, with prior executive search firm experience
  • Experience engaging with senior leaders and executive stakeholders, including managing expectations and advising on executive-level talent decisions
  • Experience recruiting within healthcare, medical technology, life sciences, or similarly regulated industries
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder executive hiring processes, including contributing to process improvements and scalable recruiting operating models


Work location: Remote within the United States

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $125,600 - $172,700, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
