YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our FP&A organization and serve as the finance partner for global top-line performance within the Cybersecurity SMB/C business. This role owns revenue forecasting, modeling, and analysis, delivering actionable insights that influence strategic and operational decision-making.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility position, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional partners across Finance, Sales, and Operations. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong financial modeling expertise with business acumen, curiosity, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Own global revenue forecasting and analysis for the SMB/C Cybersecurity business, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business drivers.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance comprehensive revenue models, incorporating bookings, mix, and revenue recognition considerations.
  • Lead revenue planning processes across products, coordinating inputs and assumptions with all key stakeholders.
  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc financial reporting and executive-ready insights, explaining performance versus plan, forecast, and prior periods.
  • Identify drivers of performance deviations and partner with the business on corrective actions and risk/opportunity assessments.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Accounting, Sales Operations, and Corporate FP&A to ensure a consistent and integrated view of revenue.
  • Continuously improve and automate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes; build and maintain relevant KPIs and metrics.
  • Act as a trusted finance partner, translating complex financial results into clear, actionable business narratives.


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably in high-tech, SaaS, or internet industries.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; experience with Tableau, Power BI, SAP, or Analysis for Office is a plus.

Salary Range: $81,000 - $122,800; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
