How You'll Make History Here...
The Sr Executive Assistant plays a critical role in enabling executive and senior leaders to operate at their highest potential by providing strategic administrative partnership, not just transactional task support.

Advise leaders on calendar best practices, including meeting cadence, focus time protection, and decision‑ready agendas.

Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or automate administrative processes.
Technology Enablement & Leader Self‑Service
Leverage Microsoft 365 tools — including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot — to improve productivity and reduce manual work.
Coach and enable leaders to effectively self‑serve appropriate administrative tasks using Copilot and other digital tools.
Continuously build digital fluency and stay current on new tools and capabilities that support the “Admin of the Future” model.
Special Projects & Continuous Improvement
Support special projects, executive initiatives, and ad‑hoc requests requiring coordination, judgment, or discretion.
