Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, timely and well-documented investigations; synthesizing complex information for executive audiences; and providing clear, concise and actionable written and verbal reporting. The Sr Investigations Manager will also identify opportunities to improve investigation processes, including the use of technology to improve efficiency. The Sr. Investigations Manager will also be expected to engage extensively with senior leadership. Essential functions include:

KEY RESPONSIBLTIES
• Manage U.S.-based investigators and intake/intelligence specialists, including assigning work, reviewing work product, coaching performance and supporting hiring, promotion, development and corrective-action decisions.
• Conduct complex, sensitive investigations independently.
• Analyze complex financial and business records and prepare detailed findings.
• Prepare and review comprehensive investigative reports, including executive-ready summaries and recommendations.
• Manage and protect confidential information.
• Collaborate with Audit, Legal, HR and business stakeholders to scope matters, align on investigation plans and drive timely resolution.
• Deliver high-level briefings to senior leaders and other stakeholders.
• Provide investigations subject matter expertise, guidance and training.
• Mentor and develop Senior Investigators.
• Drive strategy regarding the use of AI and other technologies to improve investigations intake and drive process efficiencies.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum 5 years of relevant investigations management experience including experience leading complex matters and managing/evaluating risk.
• Demonstrated ability to both conduct and manage complex investigations involving financial, operational, compliance or workplace issues.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage performance and develop investigators.
• Strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting
• Ability to work independently, lead through ambiguity and collaborate across functions
• Strong business acumen and sound judgment
• Commitment to integrity, confidentiality and objective fact-finding
