Job Description Summary:

Reports To: Head of Dispensed Platform

Role Summary:
As the Sr. Director, Product Management & Delivery - Flex, you will be responsible for owning initiatives and driving success in line with the Dispensed Platform goals, managing the delivery of strategic projects tied to equipment and technology development and execution. This role focuses on balancing stakeholder needs and technical requirements with delivery roadmaps to ensure objectives are met. You will coordinate resources and efforts around equipment initiatives, fostering alignment between cross-functional teams and optimizing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the connector between platform and shared services teams, ensuring timelines and functionality align seamlessly with business objectives and operational requirements.


  • Oversee delivery roadmaps and implementation planning across portfolio initiatives for equipment platforms or other bodies of work (e.g., connected ecosystem enhancements, operational rollouts).


  • Translate overarching business strategies into actionable delivery initiatives for engineering, operations, and technical teams.


  • Partner with internal stakeholders (commercial, OU, bottler teams) and external collaborators to resolve roadblocks and maintain momentum throughout relevant workflows.


  • Ensure alignment between platform development strategies and technical authorization guidelines.


  • Monitor post-deployment analytics for equipment platforms to identify optimization opportunities for processes, functionality, or cross-system integration.


  • Champion best practices for developing scalable and efficient workflows across cross-functional teams.


  • Conduct impact assessments post-delivery to evaluate success metrics and report project results to leadership teams.

Required:

Platform & Delivery Management Competencies:

  • Proven expertise in coordinating delivery roadmaps for complex equipment platforms or technology-driven ecosystems.


  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and alignment across teams and systems to ensure seamless project execution.


  • Proficiency in risk identification and mitigation strategies for interconnected workflows and platform development strategies.


  • Strong ability to translate operational goals into actionable resource planning and scheduling using delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Workfront, or other PM software).


  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies for managing delivery frameworks tied to equipment systems or platform ecosystems.


  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or Business-related fields.


  • 5+ years of experience in delivering large-scale initiatives involving equipment platforms, operational ecosystems, or similar bodies of work.


  • Demonstrated success working within matrix environments to balance priorities and deliver against competing expectations.


  • Solid experience in tracking deliverable progress against KPIs, meeting SLA targets, and managing ROI metrics for equipment rollouts.


  • Ability to work cross-functionally to Create Innovative Solutions, Partner Across the System, and Protect Our Business.


Preferred:

  • PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), PMP (Project Management Professional), or equivalent certifications.


  • Familiarity with platform-specific enhancements, intelligent IoT integrations, or connected solutions.


  • Experience in data analytics and developing dashboards associated with equipment platform performance and delivery outcomes.


  • Working knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to optimize delivery processes and reduce inefficiencies across workflows tied to equipment platforms.
