YOUR IMPACT:

As the Senior Director of Partner Marketing at OpenText, you will lead the global strategy and execution of marketing programs that drive revenue growth through our partner ecosystem. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping how OpenText engages, enables, and grows partnerships across global system integrators, resellers, distributors, and technology alliances. You will influence company-wide go-to-market strategies, collaborating closely with sales, product, and global marketing to ensure alignment with OpenText's business objectives. As a key contributor to the Field & Partner Marketing leadership team, you'll help define how partner marketing accelerates growth, strengthens market presence, and enhances partner satisfaction.

• Drive joint go-to-market programs with strategic partners to expand market reach and generate new revenue opportunities.

• Champion the use of data-driven insights to measure program success and optimize marketing investment.
• Represent OpenText at industry events, conferences, and executive forums as a thought leader in partner marketing.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel management, or related leadership roles, ideally within the software or technology sector.
• Proven track record of building and executing high-impact partner marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong executive leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
• Deep understanding of partner ecosystems, channel dynamics, and joint go-to-market models.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, inspire innovation, and drive strategic alignment.
• Strong ability to work across a matrixed organization and lead through influence.
• Expertise in partner enablement, co-marketing programs, and global campaign execution.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to translate market insights into actionable strategies.

Salary Range: $203,300 - $304,900; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.

California Residents: The pay range above is a reasonable estimate of salary based on pay scale, candidate experience, skills, and education. In addition to the comprehensive benefits noted above, the role may be eligible for bonus or commissions.
