The ideal candidate will bring a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, Business administration, or related field along with 15+ years of experience in venture capital, corporate venture capital, growth investing, or corporate development, including at least 5 years in senior fund leadership roles. - Consistent track record of successful investments and exits with financial and measurable strategic outcomes; - Experience leading or shaping the strategy of a $100M+ venture fund, including portfolio construction, deployment pacing, reserve strategy, and exit planning; - Extensive network across premier venture firms, founders, universities, accelerators, and frontier AI and semiconductor communities; - Proven ability to build and lead high-performing investment teams and focused investment processes; - Deep expertise in AI/ML, semiconductor ecosystems, advanced compute infrastructure, and the evolving hardware-software stack; - Exceptional executive presence, communication skills, and judgment in high-stakes internal and external settings. The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is: $236,000.00 - $412,000.00 a year Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
