At our EDS Missiles site in San Jose, you will play a critical leadership role driving financial performance, operational rigor, and strategic growth.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Site Finance Leader for the EDS Missiles business, partnering directly with site leadership to drive financial and operational performance
  • Lead all aspects of financial planning & analysis (FP&A), forecasting, and budgeting for the site
  • Provide clear, data-driven insights on revenue, cost, margin, and cash performance to enable decision-making
  • Act as a strategic business partner to program, engineering, supply chain, and operations teams
  • Drive financial transparency and accountability across site leadership
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, U.S. government contracting requirements, and aerospace/defense regulations
  • Lead closing, reporting, and variance analysis with accuracy and discipline
  • Identify and execute cost reduction and productivity initiatives to improve profitability
  • Support long-range strategic planning, capital investment decisions, and growth initiatives
  • Partner with corporate and business finance leadership to align with broader Aerospace objectives


Leadership & Team Responsibilities
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing site finance team
  • Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
  • Lead in a highly matrixed environment, influencing across functions and leadership levels
  • Partner with HR to support talent planning, succession, and organizational design

Qualifications

  • 12+ years progressive experience in finance, including leadership roles

The annual base salary range for this position is $232,000 - $290,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations."
