Job SummaryIn this role, you will lead the strategy and continued advancement of our
Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) capabilities, with a focus on OneStream. Partnering with Finance and IT leadership, you will drive process improvements, automation, reporting, analytics, and emerging technology initiatives. You will also lead the EPM roadmap and a small team within Finance IT/Enterprise Applications.
What a typical day looks like:- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of the EPM ecosystem, primarily OneStream.
- Partner with Finance and IT leaders to improve consolidation, reporting, planning, and analytics.
- Drive process redesign, automation, AI, and other technology improvements.
- Ensure OneStream supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting.
- Lead strategic EPM projects and resolve complex system, integration, and process issues.
- Establish governance, controls, security, and performance measures for the EPM platform.
- Manage software vendors and implementation partners to maximize platform value.
- Lead and develop a small team within the Finance IT/Enterprise Applications organization.
What we're looking to add to our team:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology, financial systems, or digital transformation, including 7+ years leading EPM capabilities.
- Strong experience with OneStream, Hyperion, SAP BPC, or similar EPM platforms.
- Experience with financial consolidation, reporting, planning, close processes, and financial controls.
- Proven experience leading process improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies, analytics, AI, and automation.
- Strong leadership, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading teams and working across Finance, IT, and business functions.Need to plug in the JD
