Full Job Description
As the Senior Director, Corporate Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Equifax enterprise strategic trajectory and accelerating growth across our global Business Units (BUs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs). Acting as a key advisor to the CEO, C-suite, and BU / COE leaders, you will translate macro trends, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics into high-impact growth strategies and rigorous enterprise plans.

We believe great things happen when teams connect. Our schedule is built around 4 days of high-impact, in-office collaboration (Monday-Thursday), paired with Friday Flexibility to wrap up your week remotely. This position will sit in our Global Headquarters in Midtown Atlanta, GA location.

What you will do

  • Synthesize macro, industry, and competitive trends including emerging business models, market capabilities, and M&A activities to identify strategic opportunities and risks for Equifax.

  • Lead end-to-end strategy projects to evaluate new growth vectors, quantify business impact, structure market entry strategies, and deliver executive-level recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Partner with BU and COE leaders to define and refine strategic initiatives aligned with enterprise goals.

  • Facilitate high-impact strategic working sessions with executive stakeholders to identify growth priorities, synthesize insights, and feed recommendations into annual strategy planning cycles.

  • Collaborate with M&A and corporate development teams to assess the strategic fit of potential acquisition targets, joint ventures, and partnerships, building comprehensive business cases.

  • Support the annual Strategic Planning process, providing thought leadership to BUs/COEs, stress-testing financial models, and preparing presentation materials for the Board of Directors and CEO.

  • Serve as a liaison between Corporate Strategy and business units, communicating enterprise strategy and synthesizing operational and market insights across the organization


What experience you need

  • 7+ years of experience in strategy focused roles, of which 3+ in Top Tier management consulting firms, with a proven track record leading several global stakeholders groups through multiple cross-enterprise strategy projects concurrently.

  • Demonstrated experience framing complex, ambiguous business problems independently, backed by quantitative and financial analysis.

  • Advanced proficiency leveraging GenAI tools for strategic analysis, market research, market sizing, ideation, storyboarding with a high degree of curiosity driving forward-thinking innovation.

  • Track record of defining, delivering, and aligning cross-functional teams around enterprise-level strategic initiatives.

  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with a history of advising senior executives and cross-functional leadership.


What could set you apart

  • MBA is strongly encouraged but not required.

  • Direct corporate strategy experience in Financial Services, Fintech, or Data & Analytics sectors

  • Experience creating operational efficiencies, process improvements, or workflow automations by leveraging or building AI tools preferably, but not limited to Google Workspace.
