This role requires deep expertise in ASC 606, SaaS revenue recognition, professional services accounting, revenue systems, and financial reporting. You will serve as the business owner for UKG's Revenue Management System (RevPro), driving process improvements, system optimization, and strong financial controls while providing executive-level insights and leadership throughout the close process.

Key Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close activities, including revenue reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, reserves, and executive reporting.
• Serve as the business owner for RevPro, driving governance, enhancements, testing, controls, and strategic roadmap initiatives.
• Oversee revenue-related account reconciliations through BlackLine and ensure timely completion of close deliverables.
• Lead revenue and balance sheet flux analysis, identifying key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance on SaaS subscriptions, professional services, implementation services, training, contract modifications, and complex customer arrangements.
• Own SSP governance, analysis, and periodic reassessments to support ASC 606 compliance.
• Maintain a strong SOX-compliant control environment and build a strong partnership with external audit teams, ensuring transparent communication, proactive issue resolution, and efficient support of revenue-related audit procedures.
• Leverage large and complex datasets to drive insights, improve processes, and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and communicate key revenue trends, risks, and accounting matters to senior leadership.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

About You

You are a strategic and operational finance leader with deep expertise in SaaS revenue accounting and a passion for building scalable processes, strong controls, and high-performing teams. You thrive in fast-paced, agile environments, are comfortable working with large volumes of data, and can effectively translate technical accounting matters into meaningful business insights for senior leaders.
