Job Description

As a Senior Customer Qualification Engineer, your primary role is to provide support for customer qualifications on our datacenter SSD products. During the product qualification phase, you will provide support on test execution, failure analysis, and status reporting. This includes ensuring all hardware and software components of the qualification are in place and ready for execution, reporting on execution and issue status, and participating in update meetings.

Responsibilities:
  • Configure qualification infrastructure from multiple customers for execution
  • Drive execution of customer qualifications according to schedule
  • Work with the Product Support lead to ensure alignment of tasks
  • Perform failure triage on any issues found during qualifications
  • Manage issues in defect tracking systems

  • Experience engaging with stakeholders of a product development organization

The expected salary for this position is $99,560.00 - $165,930.00.
