Full Job Description
About the role

SharkNinja is looking for a Senior Creator Manager to lead and scale our mid-tier and micro creator program across the brand portfolio. This is a senior individual contributor role - you will own strategy and execution for a large, complex creator roster, drive program infrastructure, and set the bar for creator quality, content performance, and operational rigor.

You will serve as the internal expert on creator program design, mentoring more junior team members while owning the most complex creator relationships and cross-functional workflows yourself.

What you'll own
  • Creator program strategy and operations: Lead end-to-end creator program design and execution across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Develop tiering frameworks, sourcing criteria, and briefing standards that scale.
  • High-volume roster management: Own a large portfolio of mid-tier and micro creators - from sourcing and vetting to contracting, content review, and off-boarding. Maintain an always-on, high-quality pipeline.
  • UGC and content infrastructure: Build and continuously improve the systems, tools, and templates the team relies on - databases, brief libraries, onboarding flows, content review trackers, and performance dashboards.
  • Performance and optimization: Own program-level KPI reporting. Translate creator and content performance data into clear recommendations. Lead monthly program reviews with stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Act as the connective tissue between Creator, Influencer, Paid Media, and Social teams. Drive alignment on creator output priorities and ensure content is fit for paid amplification and whitelisting.
  • Team mentorship: Guide and support junior Creator Managers and coordinators. Establish standards, review work, and serve as an escalation point for complex creator situations.

What you bring
  • 5-7 years in influencer marketing, creator management, or social operations - with meaningful experience managing high-volume creator programs at a consumer brand or agency.
  • Proven track record building or scaling creator program infrastructure (not just executing within it).
  • Expert-level fluency with creator platforms (CreatorIQ, Mavrck, Mavely, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical capability - comfortable owning performance reporting and turning data into decisions.
  • Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate creator models, and UGC amplification via paid media.
  • Collaborative communicator who can operate at the creator level and the executive level.

What this is not

This is not a campaign management role or a macro influencer role. It is a senior operator who elevates the entire program - someone who builds infrastructure, sets standards, and makes the work of the team around them better.

This is not a remote role, it will be on site 3x a week in our Needham HQ or NYC location's
