About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, highly conceptual, and strategically minded Senior Copywriter to shape the voice of our expanding portfolio. Operating out of our state-of-the-art Creative Design Hub in Manhattan's Flatiron District, this role is built for a master storyteller who thrives at the intersection of cultural relevance, product innovation, and rapid execution.

As a Senior Copywriter, you won't just receive static briefs-you will work upstream with brand marketing, consumer insights, and design leadership to build entire conceptual frameworks from scratch. You excel at finding the human truth hidden inside a complex technical feature and spinning it into sharp, punchy, and highly persuasive narratives. Whether writing a breakthrough TV commercial script, designing a scalable DTC launch strategy, or guiding junior talent, you will be a major driver of our creative vision.
What You'll Do
  • Drive Big-Idea Conceptualization: Lead the creation of breakthrough, multi-channel campaign concepts that scale seamlessly across TV/Broadcast, OTT, digital commerce (DTC, Amazon), high-impact paid social (TikTok, Meta), and experiential marketing.
  • Master Upstream Storytelling: Collaborate directly with product and brand teams early in the lifecycle to define product positioning, naming conventions, and core brand messaging architecture for new-to-the-world launches.
  • Direct Voice & Execution: Write flawless, high-converting, and culturally resonant copy across all touchpoints, ensuring your assigned brand maintains a distinct, premium, and consistent voice globally.
  • Partner for Production: Work hand-in-hand with Art Directors and Creative Directors through pre-production, scripting, on-set filming, and post-production to ensure the narrative intent is perfectly preserved.
  • Champion an AI-Native Workflow: Actively integrate advanced LLMs (like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) into your daily process to accelerate research, test multiple conceptual angles, and optimize copywriting variations at velocity.
  • Mentor & Elevate Talent: Act as a leading creative voice in the NYC studio, mentoring junior-to-mid level copywriters and fostering a culture of high ownership, constructive feedback, and relentless creative ambition.
Qualifications
  • 6+ Years of Copywriting Experience: Proven track record within a fast-paced creative agency or a high-velocity in-house creative department (direct experience with consumer goods, lifestyle, or DTC brands is highly preferred).
  • An Elite, Multi-Channel Portfolio: Demonstrates exceptional conceptual thinking, top-tier short-and-long-form copywriting, successful broadcast/video scriptwriting, and a deep understanding of platform-native social content and digital commerce ecosystems.
  • Technical-to-Human Translator: A proven ability to dissect complex technology or engineering specifications and translate them into simple, emotional, and benefit-driven consumer hooks.
  • Fluency in Modern Creative Tools: A strong familiarity with collaborative platforms like Figma and an active, hands-on passion for utilizing generative AI tools to accelerate the concepting and prototyping phases.
  • Thrives in High-Velocity Environments: You are highly adaptable, prolific with copy options, and energized by tight deadlines. You excel at keeping a premium bar for creative craft while matching the speed of a global innovator.
What Does Success Look Like?
  • In 30 Days: You have fully integrated into our NYC Creative Design Hub, aligned with your core art direction and brand partners, and mastered the distinct voice, tone, and strategic goals of your assigned product category.
  • In 90 Days: You are independently taking raw product briefs and driving the conceptual development for major upcoming campaigns-pitching 3+ distinct narrative directions that span from broadcast scripts down to mobile-first social hooks.
  • In 1 Year: You have written and launched high-performing global campaigns that have fundamentally shifted consumer perception and driven record-breaking product adoption. Your frameworks have up-leveled the strategic writing output of the NYC studio, delivering campaigns that are "Outrageously Extraordinary."
