What You'll Be Doing
You’ll join a team that helps drive business and transformation initiatives across the organization by making change practical, thoughtful, and sustainable. As a Senior Consultant, Change Management, you’ll lead and support change management activities for strategic initiatives, working closely with business leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders. You’ll assess organizational impacts, develop change strategies, and create plans that build readiness, engagement, and adoption. You’ll help teams navigate changes to processes, tools, and ways of working by identifying risks and barriers early and recommending solutions. You’ll also provide guidance to leaders and managers so they can confidently support their teams through change and help ensure outcomes are sustained over time.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 2-3 day per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
