  • Readiness and Adoption - Develop and deliver communication, stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption plans that help employees understand, prepare for, and adopt change successfully.
  • Risk Mitigation and Coaching - Assess organizational readiness, identify resistance points and barriers, and recommend mitigation strategies while coaching leaders and people managers on their role in leading change.
  • Measurement and Continuous Improvement - Track and report on change progress, stakeholder readiness, adoption measures, and key risks, while contributing to the continuous improvement of change management practices, templates, and tools.

  • You’re a strong communicator and facilitator. You’re confident developing communication and engagement plans, facilitating workshops and working sessions, and helping stakeholders navigate change with clarity and confidence.
  • You know how to turn insight into action. You can assess organizational impacts, evaluate readiness, identify risks and resistance, and implement practical strategies that support successful adoption.
  • You have the right education and credentials. You have an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field.
