What you'll be doing:

As the Sr. Consultant, QA Lead, you will join the Business Banking Technology QA team. This is an individual contributor role working closely with the Director in the team. This role demand working with intake, BSA, development, solutioning and tech partners across the bank. Lead E2E Testing activities, focusing on the daily execution plan and support program team. Review processes and plan agreed to deliver, identifying areas for efficiency and improvement across Quality Assurance (QA) activities. Lead E2E planning, estimation, execution and QA delivery during SIT or UAT phase following CIBC process. Identify obstacles or risks that may impact a project's timeline or success and provide regular status updates to QA and other technical partners. Maximize the QA delivery by adopting Automation to have continuous testing ability across Test Environments/Testing phases to ensure QA and Business Partners achieve their strategic objectives.
