WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:As the
Senior Compensation Analyst, you'll take on the full scope of activities that come with developing and administering compensation programs. You'll evaluate pay programs to make sure they're both externally competitive and internally equitable-with the goal of helping attract and retain top talent across the organization.
In this role, you'll be a collaborative team player, bringing a genuine passion for compensation and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting business needs. You'll also provide consultative support to business leaders and HR Business Partners on all compensation matters, ensuring alignment and well-informed decision-making at every level.
Here's how you'll contribute:
- Lead the administration of compensation programs including bonus, commissions, stock, and base salary.
- Analyze positions and prepare job descriptions through questionnaires and personal interviews.
- Review and audit job evaluations to ensure accurate classification across the organization.
- Participate in salary surveys, collect and analyze market data, and help shape pay structures that keep us competitive.
- Conduct analysis on special projects such as incentive compensation, sales compensation, equity, and base pay.
- Present findings and recommendations, and assist in creating clear, compelling management presentations.
- Evaluate current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and deliver training to support the communication and understanding of compensation programs.
- Ensure compliance by investigating and recommending resolutions for compensation-related issues.
- Act as a trusted compensation consultant to HR partners and business leaders at all levels.
- Provide guidance and leadership on projects, including mentoring junior compensation team members when needed.

This position is 100% onsite at our headquarters in Richardson, TX, requiring attendance in-office 5 days a week, Monday-Friday.)
What We Are Looking ForRequired Qualifications:We're looking for someone who brings both expertise and enthusiasm for compensation work. The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 5+ years of experience working in compensation.
- A degree in Business Management or Human Resource Management (preferred).
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation (a plus).
- Experience managing HR-related projects.
- Strong consulting and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong mathematical aptitude with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data and create meaningful insights.
What We OfferCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between
$90,000 - $117,600 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
