Track value (VCI) created by improved process methods and operating performance as well as ensure Work Measurement Systems are effective. Align site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive improvement. Coach and mentor proper application of Lean Six Sigma tools ensuring broad employee engagement. Conduct line balancing and one-piece flow analysis as well as process mapping and data collection, measurement systems analysis (MSA), and process capability and performance (Cp/Cpk). Oversee exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing and analytical methods as well as processes improvement methods and waste analysis (VA-NVA). POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, its foreign equivalent, or related degree and 4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
