Job Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic projects to analyze business challenges and deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders
- Develop financial and market models to support decision-making and evaluate growth opportunities
- Synthesize complex data into clear, concise presentations for executive audiences
- Identify and communicate market and competitor trends to inform organizational strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive business initiatives
- Coordinate preparation activities for key organizational events such as earnings calls and board meetings
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Business, Management, Economics, Statistics, or related field (Required)
- 7-10 years Management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or other related experience requiring quantitative analysis and executive presentation skills. (Required)
- Less than 2 years Prior experience in B2B, Product Strategy, and/or Telecom. (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Strategy and Problem Solving experience in framing complex problems, identifying key issues that impact business decisions and providing data driven recommendations. (Required)
- 4-7 years Financial modeling and Analytics. Experience in developing financial models and performing financial and operating analysis and reporting, including analyzing complex data. (Required)
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience in Project Management. Experience managing project independently, engaging and getting buy-in from stakeholders, creating roadmaps and project plans. (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $129,700 - $234,000
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
