We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer to help drive data-informed decision-making across a fast-paced, industry-leading digital supply chain organization. This role combines strong data engineering, advanced analytics, and visualization expertise to deliver scalable, high-impact BI solutions using modern tools and cloud platforms. This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX. What You'll Do • Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions, dashboards, and data models. • Transform complex data into actionable insights using Looker, Power BI, Tableau, and Cognos. • Build and optimize data pipelines and workflows using Alteryx and Fabric. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting strategies. • Leverage GCP to support data architecture, performance, and governance. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and best practices across reporting environments. • Drive continuous improvement in BI development, automation, and user experience. What We're Looking For • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. (Master's preferred) • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Analytics roles. • Strong experience with BI tools: Looker (LookML), Power BI, Tableau, Cognos. • Hands-on experience with Alteryx, Microsoft Fabric, and GCP environments. • Advanced SQL and data modeling expertise; Python experience preferred. • Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. • Experience working in data engineering/BI environments with modern data stacks. • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. • Experience in large-scale, enterprise or supply chain environments preferred. • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.
